DOMESTIC ORDERS
All domestic PROJECT1959 orders ship from LAHORE via TCS.
Our standard service is TCS which arrives between 5-7 business days. This service is free for all domestic orders over 25,000PKR.
We also offer expedited shipping options including TCS 3-day Select and TCS 2nd Day Air at carrier-calculated rates based on the destination.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Our international shipping service options include:
• DHL Worldwide
• FedEX International
International orders may or may not be subject to additional customs duties and taxes before delivery.
If your local government determines that your order qualifies for import fees in the form of customs duties and taxes, your selected shipping carrier (DHL, or national postal service) will reach out to collect these fees on behalf of your government before delivery.
Project1959 does not collect or receive any portion of international customs duties and taxes, and therefore, we are unable to adjust or refund this amount.
Refused packages In the event that customers refuse to pay customs duties & taxes, PROJECT1959 will work with the carrier (DHL or FedEX) to have the package returned to us at our Lahore studio. Once received, PROJECT1959 will process a refund minus all fees assessed by DHL or FedEX for the return. Please note, fees typically include shipping costs to and from your destination, payment of customs duties & taxes, and more.

RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Final Sale: all solid gold and customized items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged, as these pieces are made-to-order.
To initiate a return, please email customerservice@project1959.com with your order number to request authorization. While we provide a return label for domestic orders, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund. International customers must ship returns & exchanges using a safe, trackable method and provide our team with tracking information.
Items must be returned unworn or altered in any way in original packaging. Once received at our studio, our team will review each item to confirm it meets our quality standards for new, sellable merchandise.
